Breadmaking, Foraging and Woodland Feasting
Our Breadmaking Challenge gives guests a hands-on experience of how this staple would have been made over 10,000 years ago. Here we use a ceramic oven formed from the clay bedrock beneath the woods.
The Foraging and Woodland Feasting activities are a tailored to numbers and season. Whether plant identification, folklore and preparation, or wild game butchery, the activities are structured to be safe, interactive and to have an optional competitive element.
As we work with local experts and chefs to the highest level, there is little within reason that our offering cannot include, so we are delighted to be challenged to find unique activities and meals for your occasion.
