Emma Donovan

“A totally magical woodland setting, encouraging, generous hosts and an informative, inspirational workshop on wild fermentation. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend."

Emma Leach

“I felt very lucky to be able to attend the wild cheese and bread making workshop yesterday at Wild Weald led by Francis and Pam. We were learning how to make both from scratch around a fire in the peaceful woods; it was informative, hands on, relaxed and really fun. Pam and Francis know their stuff and generously shared their enthusiasm and experience in an approachable and conversational way.”

Luke Hibbert

"Wow! My wife and I have taken part in numerous workshops (charcoal making / basket making / cheese and bread making) with Pam, Francis and Amy and each has been unique, enriching and so much fun; all within the beautiful backdrop of the Wild Weald woodland."
