This fun experience not only gives you a wreath from the day, it gives you the know-how to create a fabulous, unique wreath, time and time again, from nature. You'll never have to buy one again. All that, and a day of foraging, food and friends. Accompanied by a woodland lunch.

About the event
This fun day combines foraging, willow work and wreath building principles with nuggets of history, drying procedures and plant usage, such as cordage and woodland food and drinks.
The day starts with an introduction by Amy and Pam, our wreath-masters, on what's suitable for wreath making, before they lead us on a morning forage through our woodland to search out textures, forms and colours from which to build your own unique wreath.
From here, we'll return to our woodshed, snug with woodburner, and start to build our willow former. Upon that we'll layer moss on the base to affix the bounty from our forage.
The day will be interspersed with ideas on how to decorate your Christmas tree naturally, without resort to resource-hungry materials, giving you the inspiration on how to dehydrate and dry-press foraged ornaments to give your Christmas tree unique seasonal decorations.
