Step into the woodland for a restorative wellbeing day designed to rebalance mind and body. Your team will experience Qigong, mindful walking, sound bathing and simple basketry, alongside a practical exploration of gut health through fermented foods — a calm, grounding reset from the pace of corporate life.
About the event

Wild Wellbeing offers a holistic, nature‑based reset for teams seeking clarity, balance and renewed energy. Set within eighty‑five acres of tranquil ancient woodland, the day begins with Qigong led by Celeste Taylor, where gentle, flowing movements bring the body, breath and mind into alignment. This is followed by mindful walking through anemone and bluebell glades — a quiet, spacious practice that encourages presence, ease and mental decompression.
The group then shifts into a practical exploration of gut health. After foraging for a handful of seasonal plants, participants learn the principles behind fermented foods and create their own jar to take home, drawing a clear connection between physical wellbeing, cognitive clarity and emotional resilience.
A three‑course lunch of farm‑grown and local produce provides a nourishing pause before the afternoon’s craft session. Using tender young brambles, Pam and Amy guide the group through a prehistoric basket‑making process — a tactile, grounding activity that encourages gentle conversation, shared focus and a slower rhythm.
The day closes with a sound bath led by Celeste, where resonant tones from singing bowls wash through the woodland space, releasing tension and supporting deep rest. With over 30 years’ experience in the wellness industry, Celeste brings a calm, expert presence that shapes the entire experience.
Wild Wellbeing can be delivered as a full‑day or half‑day programme, offering teams a rare opportunity to step outside routine, reconnect with themselves, and return to work with renewed clarity and steadiness.
Your objectives
Strategy: Use the day to create mental spaciousness and reflective capacity, enabling clearer thinking, better decision‑making and more grounded strategic conversations.
Connection: Shape the experience around shared movement, gentle craft and informal woodland time to rebuild trust, rapport and psychological safety within the team.
Respite: Emphasise restorative practices — Qigong, sound bathing, mindful walking — to reduce cognitive load, support wellbeing and offer a meaningful pause from organisational pressure.

"I attended a wild well-being day yesterday with a friend and we had a wonderful time from start to finish. We were in an idyllic ancient woodland setting. Francis, Pam, Amy and Celeste ran the day with great generosity, passion and knowledge about food, foraging, wellbeing, nature and ancient traditions. On offer was Qi Gong, foraging, fermentation, basket weaving and a sound bath! The food was totally delicious and inspiring and conversation was rich. We came away peaceful, energised, excited about what we’d learnt and fully inspired! This was a day not to be missed. We will be back if another one is planned!!." JW Google review.
"A mindful walk, Qigong in the woods, foraging for seasonal food, homemade soup and lunch, basket weaving. What a full and interesting day. Finished with a sound bath. I feel as if I have had a Spa day for my body and soul. Best nights sleep for ages awaking really refreshed. You have to try the Nettle Shrub-delicious 😋 Host and hostesses were all so generous with their time, advice, knowledge and patience (especially the basket weaving) 🥰 . I will be back for more. 😊 Stella Morris Google review
